Abstract – Summary

This report is pertaining to the consumer-doctor partnership between Keith Torkelson AKA Buster and Dr. Rimal B Bera MD. Rimal B Bera (RBB) is Keith’s new and improved Behavioral Health Doctor (BHD). Keith and RBB have been associates for now going on one year. Keith has high expectations for RBB. We are MSG. Keith is MSG’s principal. We usually have numerical data to present. There not much here due to the non-numerical nature of the Medical Records we share. We here at MSG track Mr. Torkelson’s Health Related Engagements (HREs). At the time of Keith’s last appointment with RBB (October 10, 2018) Keith had prepared for an appeared for 94 HREs (2018). Forty-five (45) said engagements were “Within the Brand New Day Network”. Here we share without much ado a few of Mr. Torkelson Medical Records that pertain to the RBB association. One of our intentions is to address Stigma Elimination. We decided to pick just one of Mr. Torkelson’s presenting problems to address in depth. The presenting problem or PP is his “Adequately Groomed “ dress and fashion sense. We will use the last examination with RBB dated October 10, 2018 as our baseline for Behavioral Health Treatment Planning for the year 2019.

Keith partnered with Doctor Arnold P Deutsch MD (APD) back in 1989. Since he was private pay he paid for and engaged in weekly appointments for 50 minutes per session. Dr. APD was one of the most fashionable Behavioral Health Doctors (BHDs) out of a cohort of more than a dozen. In 1989 Keith’s first performance challenge to overcome was getting himself re-admitted into the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. APD taught him many a lesson. One was that when Keith succeeds earning him doctoral and in practice he would very likely saunter about an “Ego Trip”. APD said Keith would feel empowered knowing that he had power over life and limb. Little did Dr. Deutsch know Keith would become a USDA Slaughter Inspector. “Slaughter work has limbs and life mottled all over it (JudgeFusion, 2018).”

On October 24, 2018 (W) the OC Health Care Agency (HCA) is holding their first annual Community First Conference. We were planning to wear our one of a kind Social Pathology “Life’s A Lab” lab coat. In light of our “adequate” appearance problems will don our Grade A- ensemble.

Of Corrective Actions

A you can see in the record of education (transcript) we had a little bit of trouble getting up to speed Fall Quarter 1986. It was brought to our attention that we were delivering sub-grade product. We immediately took and sustained corrective measures. Analogy: We did not become aware of Mental Status Examination (MSE) type results as included in the October 10, 2018 encounter until 2009. In 2009 we were taking a County of Orange – Mental Health Services Act – Workforce Education & Training funded health workers paraprofessional certificate course. It occurred to us that it might be nice to retrieve our medical records about our 2006-2007 catastrophic loss episode. Then and only then did we become aware of Mental Status Exam (MSE) and a Global Assessment of Functioning (GAF) measurements. We will address our current MSE item labeled “Examination – General Examination” top down. The first item is APPERANCE – “Adequately Groomed”. It would have been nice to get some input on how to improve our appearance. We have yet to received a quantified MSE. This cover our tenures with BHDs: Inglis, Vu, Singh, Lee, and Bera. We have been working our our MSE Quantitative Transformations for quite some time. How in world do you score and “Adequately Groomed”? Grade C – 3.0 Stars – 0.5 Binary – 2.0 Grade Points. We will address teaching to the test, i.e. teaching to the defect, in an upcoming installment.
