Abstract – Summary
This report is about our
principal Keith Torkelson. We are
Mentalation Solutions Group (MSG). As of
2018 Keith linked up with a new and improved Behavioral Health Doctor
(BHD). His new doctor’s moniker is Rimal
B Bera (RBB-MD). Here using our Rate
Your Doctor (RYD) Vitals Plus instrument we capture the nature of our final
appointment this year with RBB. RBB
sustains an association with Brand New Day (BND) Keith’s insurer. For 2018 BND earned 3.5 Stars of 5.0 Stars
from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). We address as a consumer of Satisfaction with
RBB about this final appointment. Our
cycle for collecting our Vitals Plus data is a calendar year. We will not see RBB until January 2019. For the Plus component in our Vitals Plus
instrument we award RBB 4.9 Stars. For
his overall MSG Vitals Plus score we award RBB 4.5 Stars. These finding indicate that Rimal B Bera MD
is a high performer about the Brand New Day Network. One of the Key Events or Major Milestones
about this yearend close out appointment was that Doctor Bera awarded Keith AKA
Buster the honor of being an advocate for which RBB indicated Gratitude. The single Vital Plus element that would
improve RBB’s score is that he offers a Consumer Satisfaction Survey. Let’s get to the report: How short and sweet
it is!

Clerical – Summary of Visit not
Available (Indicates)
It would appear that Rimal B Bera
shares his Electronic Health Record (E.H.R.) with Central City’s E.H.R. Central City has not made available to us the
Patient Portal option. Thus we still
rely on paper documentation for our Personal Health Record (PHR). In order to complete our reports we needed a
document that CCCHC can generate call a Summary of Today’ Visit. We asked Kimberly in clerical for it and she
indicated that he had not finished charting yet. This would indicate that RBB collects up
enough information about an appointment so that at the end of the day he
address complete, proper, and required charting. We here at MSG follow a similar protocol.

Star Scoring Usage
How is it we adopted a Stars
Scoring Method (SSM). First, the Centers
for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) apply a 5.0 Star Method for valuing
their members such as Brand New Day HMO.
Second, the majority of Online Rating Sites (ORSs) use the Five Star
system. So for leveling about Oranges
and Oranges we here at MSG off times use Stars in our reports. If we generated the score we call them Star
Equivalents.
